Do I need to sign up?
No. Your tier is automatically tracked, and you’ll be placed into the appropriate tier at the beginning of each quarter.
Who is eligible?
Eligibility is based on having an active Teachable account and meeting program requirements, including selling through Teachable’s supported payment methods, where applicable.
How is revenue calculated for the tiers?
Tiers are based on eligible sales processed through Teachable. Revenue calculations may include adjustments such as refunds and chargebacks, where applicable.
Are the tiers based on annual sales or lifetime sales?
Annual tiers determine your level of access and service experience based on your business’s current size, so they are calculated using your sales from the last 12 months.
Can my tier change over time?
Yes. Your tier is evaluated based on your performance over the last 12 months and is updated quarterly.
You may be upgraded at the beginning of a quarter if your performance qualifies you for a higher tier.
You may also be downgraded if sales are not maintained — however, to support long-term growth, downgrades are only processed annually.
For creators in Teachable Select and Teachable Elite, your Success Manager will proactively reach out once you qualify. You’ll also be able to find their contact information directly in your admin panel.
